30 minute session focused on either exercise, nutrition, habits or personal development every 4 week.

Training
Training is not just important for mind and body but also your soul. It connects you to your body, builds confidence, allows you to overcome adversity by allowing you to prove to yourself you can achieve anything. It’s a vehicle for success in every avenue of life. This for everyone can look different, from heavy olympic weightlifting to yoga flow, training needs to fit your needs and goals. Our philosophy is “ Movement is Medicine.”
Lifestyle
There are 168 hours in a week. You might spend 5 hours in the gym, what you do with the other 163 hours is of the upmost importance. How you build routine and habits, how you fuel your life not just your training. How consistently and effectively you sleep on a daily basis. How you manage stress at work or at home and most importantly how you find fulfilment in all these 168 hours. This pillar is crucial as its where you spend most your wake and sleeping time, having it align with your values is for the betterment of your lifetime mental and physical health.
Mindset
noun - “the established set of attitudes held by someone.” In training and life, it is crucial to be open with your mindset approach to allow for adaptation to the constant strain and change of life. Being able to learn from your mistake and take on feedback, while maintaining dedication to your journey is a key pillar in success in all aspects of life. Through these constant trials and tribulations you can build a strong fortified mind that will allow you to take on any endeavour.
MEET BB - AKA Ben Brewer
I’ve been a coach for over 10 years now, I was lucky to fall into a passion so early on in my life. Like most peoples stories it grew organically through a passion for something, this being health & fitness. I never was the most aesthetically fit child but I always enjoyed playing sports and getting dirty, this grew into helping at sports clubs at my old school and getting involved in any form of teaching or support.
After spending my late teenage years searching for what I wanted to do, I was fortunate enough to have a nudge into Crossfit coaching. As my dedication to learning it for myself had evolved into helping learn to better others. There was many stepping stones through the years to get to where I currently view training, but ultimately it stemmed from my own realisation that life became a lot easier to handle and free flowing when you understood yourself and had confidence in your own ability, this all came from the training I had done for years.
So my mindset and approach transitioned into helping people uncover their true potential, just like i’m still doing for myself on this journey we call life. I’m still a student of the process, but very much still in love with it!
